Role Overview:

We are looking for a camera-friendly Social Media Strategist to lead our digital presence. This role isn’t just about planning content-it’s about being on camera, creating engaging videos, and representing the brand directly to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

○             Plan, shoot, and host social media videos, reels, and stories.

○             Confidently appear on camera to present products, storytelling, or campaigns.

○             Collaborate with design and video teams for high-quality visuals.

2.     Strategy & Planning

○             Develop social media strategies for Instagram, FB, and other platforms.

○             Plan content calendars and campaign schedules aligned with product launches, festivals, and promotions.

○             Research trends in jewellery, gifting, and spiritual content for inspiration.

3.     Community Engagement & Growth

○             Build and engage the online community through direct interaction, live sessions, and content.

○             Manage collaborations with influencers, creators, and brand partners.

4.     Analytics & Optimization

○             Track engagement, growth, and conversions; optimize content strategy accordingly.

○             Provide monthly reports with actionable insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

●             Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation (1-2 years preferred).

●             Comfortable and confident on camera; able to host and shoot videos.

●             Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●             Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content.

●             Creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented.

●             Experience in paid campaigns is a plus.
