Solar Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)

 Salary Package 2lac-3lac Per Annum & Other Expenses

Job Role 1: Direct Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities

• As a Solar Sales BDM Your Primary Responsibility to Generate Leads from assigned Areas
• Identifying and qualifying cold calling, networking other means.
• Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Educating customers about the benefits of Solar Energy and how it can help them save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
• Marinating accurate and sales actives in a CRM System.
• Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate

Referrals.

ULTIMATELY, YOU’RE GOAL AS A SOLAR SALES BDM IS TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN A PIPELINE OF QUALIFIED LEADS AND CLOSE DEALS THAT RESULT IN INCREASED REVENUE AND CUSTOMER SATIFACTION.

NOTE: Two-Wheeler Vehicle is mandatory as it’s a completely field job.

Job Post 2: Technical Engineer in Solar EPC (Male)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Engineer in Solar EPC to join our team and provide administrative and clerical support to our Team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills in Solar EPC Technically Experience.

Responsibilities:

·        Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

·        Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

·        Site Surveys and check the feasibility On Sites.

·        Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Fix the appointments for site visits.

·        Prepare the BOM After the Site Survey

·        Monitoring regular Installation for Solar and Need Technical Support to Installation Team.

·        After New Installations handover to End Customers Each and Everything. 

·        Previous Installations back-end support to Customers and Inverter monitoring.

·        Understand customer needs and requirements

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

·        Explaining product features and benefits

·        Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

·        Proficient in using MS Excel & Computer operating Skills

Requirements:

·        Mush have 2+ year of experiences.

·        Proven experience Technical Support for Solar EPC

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

·        Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

·        Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

·        Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
