Job Description

  • Sales & Customer EngagementGreet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs related to comfort, health, and budget to recommend suitable mattresses and accessories.
  • Explain product features, materials, benefits, and warranty details clearly.
  • Convert walk-ins into confirmed sales through effective product demonstrations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products such as pillows, protectors, and accessories.
  • Store OperationsMaintain showroom cleanliness, product arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure proper display of mattresses and marketing materials as per brand guidelines.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and coordination with the backend or delivery team.
  • Maintain daily sales records, customer details, and follow-ups.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with customers for repeat sales and referrals.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sale support professionally.
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending conversions.
  • Sales Targets & ReportingAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates to the store manager on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store offers.
