Job Title: Recruiters with Australia Non-IT Recruitment Experience

We are Hiring!

We are actively looking for Recruiters with experience in Non-IT recruitment for Australia-based roles.

📌 Australia recruitment experience is mandatory.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Australian job roles in Healthcare and IT domains

Proficient in using Australian job boards like Seek, Indeed Australia, LinkedIn, etc.

Deep understanding of Australia's hiring practices, healthcare compliance, tech role expectations, and candidate behavior

Proven track record in sourcing roles such as nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, software engineers, testers, and technical support

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience using ATS and recruitment CRM tools

Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Work Timings (IST):

Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Australia-based healthcare.

Draft, post, and manage job ads on relevant Australian platforms

Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients

Maintain candidate pipeline and reporting in ATS

Meet daily/weekly hiring goals

Stay informed on Australian market trends, including industry-specific compliance and hiring regulations
