Job Description
Experience of 5+ years in tandoor and grills and exposure to other cuisines like Mediterranean, Arabic, Mughlai, etc.
Prior experience of leading a kitchen team in a high delivery volume environment.
Strong communication skills (Telugu, Hindi and English) and leadership skills to motivate staff and drive efficiency.
Ability to work in an organised manner using SOPs, recipes and delivering consistency and quality.
Strict follower of all food safety and hygiene protocols.
