Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers, present products/services, explain benefits, and close sales.

Lead Management: Generate leads, follow up on existing ones, and hand off qualified leads to field sales.

Customer Interaction: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and build long-term relationships.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM software.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Sales Acumen: Persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and pressure in a target-driven environment.

Technical: Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and telephone systems.

Attitude: Goal-oriented, positive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
