We specialize in business registration and compliance services including FSSAI, Food Licensing, Labour Licensing, MSME registration, and more. We are actively expanding our outreach through tele-calling and digital platforms.

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and confident Tele Callers who can reach out to potential clients and generate leads for our services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to explain services (FSSAI, MSME, Labour License, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services
• Follow up with leads to convert into clients
• Maintain call records and daily reports
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi (English is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of tele sales or customer service
• 10th pass / Intermediate / Graduates can apply
• Fresher or 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Should be comfortable working from the ECIL branch
