Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services, and maintain positive customer relationships. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Eligibility & RequirementsExperience: 0–8 years (Freshers welcome)
• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Any Graduate
• Good verbal communication skills in English and/or local language
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
