Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Insurance Telecaller to join our team at ACER Motors, Trimulgherry. The role involves reaching out to existing and potential customers, explaining insurance products, renewing automobile policies, and meeting sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact existing and potential customers for vehicle insurance renewals and new policy sales.

· Explain various insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options clearly and effectively.

· Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to insurance policies.

· Coordinate with the insurance and sales teams to process renewals and policy issuance.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.

· Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals and payments.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through polite, professional communication.

Requirements & Skills

·        Minimum 1–5 years of experience in insurance sales/ Insurance renewal (automobile insurance preferred).

·        Strong communication and persuasion skills.

·        Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.

·        Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

·        Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

·        Knowledge: Familiarity with motor insurance products and processes preferred.
