Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients to generate leads or sell products.
- Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information.
- Sales & Conversion: Persuading customers to buy, renew, or schedule appointments to meet daily/monthly targets.
- Data Management: Accurately updating customer information and interaction records in CRM software.
- Follow-ups: Following up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
