Telecalling Executive

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan offerings.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested customers to ensure smooth loan application completion.

Meet daily and monthly call targets and contribute to overall campaign success.

Sunday fixed week off

Shift: 9:30am to 6:30am

Shift for part timers: 9:30am to 2:00pm & 2:00pm to 6:30pm
