Job Description

  • Customer Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing information.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing support through telephonic communication.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
  • Data Management:
  • Accurately record customer interactions, sales leads, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Update customer databases regularly to ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow-Up:
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Re-engage with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Track and report on call performance metrics and sales results.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for effective telecalling.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance:
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for telecalling activities.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance the telecalling process and customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new techniques in telecalling.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance professional skills.
