Job Overview

Hypernest Digital Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing media team. The role involves editing content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, brand promotions, and client campaigns. This position is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, pacing, and visual impact in digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
• Create engaging short-form content optimized for social media platforms
• Apply clean cuts, transitions, motion graphics, text animations, and basic visual effects
• Sync video with music, sound effects, and voiceovers
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client projects
• Coordinate with content, shoot, and marketing teams
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Skills & Software Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics
• Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content trends
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in video editing or a related field
• Freshers with strong editing skills and a portfolio are welcome
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO-friendly editing is an added advantage
