Job Description
- KRA for Field Sales Representative1. Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth through active field visits.
- Increase revenue from existing and new customers.
- 2. Customer Acquisition & RetentionIdentify and acquire new customers within assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- 3. Territory ManagementPlan daily field routes to maximize coverage and efficiency.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory.
- Maintain accurate customer records and visit reports.
- 4. Product Knowledge & PromotionDemonstrate strong understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demos and presentations during field visits.
- Promote new products or schemes launched by the company.
- 5. Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates on time.
- Maintain accurate documentation—orders, invoices, collections, etc.
- Use CRM/mobile app for route planning and data entry (if applicable).
- 6. Sales Operations & ComplianceEnsure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Follow company guidelines, pricing policies, and sales processes.
- Coordinate with logistics for smooth product delivery.
- 7. Team CollaborationWork closely with Sales Manager on strategy and improvements.
- Share field insights to support product, marketing, and operational decisions.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and reviews.
