Job Overview: RW Group is seeking a dedicated and professional trainer for a 6-month to 1 year contract project aimed at training employees at various leading petroleum organisations. locations across Punjab. The role involves providing on-site training to pump staff to enhance their skills and ensure smooth operations. The trainer will be stationed at different locations at different times and will be required to travel across Punjab in a mobile vehicle.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions for employees at various leading petroleum outlets. locations across Punjab ​. Ensure all staff are properly trained in their respective roles, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Prepare and deliver training materials and assessments. Monitor and assess the performance of employees and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain a record of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with the management team to ensure training objectives are met effectively. Travel across Punjab and stay at various locations as required by the project.

USP- 1 Month on the bus for training. 1 month in home as reserve trainer.

Example :

Nov 2025- Trainer A on Bus for Month for delivering training (Base Salary+ Training Salary + Daily Allowance + Weekly Off allowance)

Trainer B at Home as a reserve trainer. (Getting Base Salary)

Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹20,000-30,000 per month (to be paid every month)

Training Salary: ₹15,000 per Month (to be paid when the trainer is on the bus)

Daily Allowance: ₹300 per day x 30 days = ₹9,000 (to be paid when the trainer is on the bus)

Weekly Off Allowance: ₹500 per Weekly Off x 4 Sunday = ₹2,000 (to be paid when the trainer is on the bus.)

Travel expenses covered as per company policy (To and Back - from Trainer's Home location to Bus Location)

Qualifications: Fluency in Pujabi (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must. Speaking fluency in Hindi is a must. And English speaking is a must. Prior experience in training or teaching roles is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while travelling. Knowledge of fuel station operations and safety standards is a plus.

Stay - During the training period of 1 month on the bus and 1 month at home.
