Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from India MART, social media, and WhatsApp speed of response is critical.
  • Engage with customers to understand their crusher equipment and spare parts requirements in detail.
  • Coordinate with our technical and production team to prepare accurate, competitive quotations.
  • Follow up with prospects consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and email to move deals forward.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close orders while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, quotations, and customer interactions (CRM / ERP).
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on our product range Crusher Spare Parts, bearings, conveyor components, and more through on-the-job training.


Preferred candidate profile



Educational Qualification


  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) OR
  • BBA / B.Com / Business graduates with experience or strong interest in industrial or technical sales..

Experience


  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or online B2B sales.
  • Prior experience handling leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of stone crusher equipment or heavy engineering machinery is an added advantage (not mandatory, we will train you).

Skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Telugu is a bonus.
  • Confident and professional on phone calls, WhatsApp, and video calls.
  • Strong follow-up discipline - ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Basic computer literacy: email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and comfort learning new software tools.
  • A genuine curiosity for understanding how mechanical equipment works.
  • High energy and persistence - comfortable handling rejection and repeated follow-up
