Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily back office operations and documentation

• Handle LR details, dispatch entries, and coordination with transporters

• Track courier and material dispatch status and ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain dispatch records, filing systems, and data entry

• Handle material-related complaints, follow up with concerned departments, and close the loop

• Support admin tasks such as stationery control, vendor coordination, and visitor handling

• Assist in preparing basic reports, invoices, and internal communication

Requirements

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and steady under routine pressure
