Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor
• Manage and guide production workers and operators
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time
• Monitor product quality and follow quality standards
• Coordinate with QC and maintenance teams
• Maintain production reports and records
• Ensure safety and discipline in the production area

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Tech preferred)
• Experience: 2–3 years in manufacturing / production supervision
• Industry Preference: Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Engineering
• Basic knowledge of production planning and shop floor management
• Leadership and team management skills
