As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our retail banking services. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for CASA accounts.
• Cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, and investment options to existing customers.
• Identify and target potential customers through various lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and enhance skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services, including CASA accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Willingness to travel for sales meetings and customer visits as required.
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
