Hiring: Field Marketing Executive (ITI College Visits – Northeast India)

We are hiring 6 Field Executives for a 1-month project to visit ITI / Polytechnic / NIELIT institutes across Northeast India.

📍 Locations (1 candidate per cluster):

1️⃣ Guwahati + Central Assam

2️⃣ Dibrugarh / Tinsukia + Upper Assam

3️⃣ Imphal (Manipur)

4️⃣ Shillong + Tura (Meghalaya)

5️⃣ Itanagar + Arunachal belt

6️⃣ Agartala + Mizoram + Nagaland (Dimapur/Kohima)

📅 Work Structure:

- 10 Days Field Work (College Visits)

- 20 Days Office Support / Follow-up

---

💰 Salary & Earnings:

- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000

- Traveling Allowance: Provided by company

🔥 Incentive Model (High Earning Opportunity):

- Per College Capacity: 165 – 200 Students

- Company Give : ₹250 per student you can offer it for liaisons and also includes your incentive 

👉 High performers can earn ₹30,000 – ₹80,000+ in 1 month

- ITI / Polytechnic colleges visit karna

- Admin / Principal ko course explain karna-Its government program 

- Student registration

- Batch creation .
