Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Market Visits & Lead Generation:
Scheduling and conducting market visits to generate leads and identify potential clients (merchants).
Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting set sales targets for different payment solutions including QR codes, Sound Boxes, EDC machines, POS software, and financial products.
Product Deployment & Demonstration:
Deploying PAYTM products at client locations and demonstrating how to use them effectively.
Articulating the benefits and best practices of using Paytm solutions to merchants.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
Meeting merchants in person, discussing their needs, and convincing them to adopt Paytm products.
Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring they have a smooth experience using Paytm products.
Sales Reporting:
Regularly updating sales records, tracking progress toward targets, and reporting to the concerned team/manager.
Requirements:
Age: 18-35 years.
Education: Typically, candidates are expected to have completed at least their higher secondary education (12th grade or equivalent).
Vehicle: The candidate must have a bike for traveling to different merchant locations.
Smartphone: A smartphone is necessary for sales tracking, communication, and product demonstrations.
Location: The position is open PAN India, requiring candidates to work in various regions, depending on the assignment.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market, ideally knowing merchants and business needs in the region.
Tech-savvy: Ability to learn and demonstrate new technology products such as EDC machines, QR codes, and Sound Boxes.
