As a Team Member, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every order is prepared with speed, hygiene, and a smile!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders via POS system or verbally, and process payments efficiently.
• Prepare momos, sides, and beverages quickly while maintaining high food quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure impeccable hygiene by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift; follow all food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members during peak hours to deliver orders promptly and upsell menu items.
• Restock ingredients, monitor inventory, and report any maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 outlet operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th pass; prior F&B or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
• Energetic, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for long durations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety practices; willingness to learn POS systems.
