Sales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and updates to management
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Requirements:Proven experience in sales or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on requirement)
• Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in B2B/B2C sales
• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
• Willingness to travel (if required)
