Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, meeting revenue targets, and driving business growth. You should have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent team management skills, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales training and development sessions.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Requirements:Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferr
