Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end financial account management, ensuring accuracy in billing, compliance with statutory norms, strong control on receivables, and smooth coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams.

This role directly impacts cash flow, compliance, and company credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, billing, invoicing, and statement generation
• Handle GST-related data coordination, basic compliance support, and documentation
• Maintain ledgers, track receivables, and follow up for timely payment recovery
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger matching, and record verification
• Coordinate with sales and operations for order-wise billing accuracy
• Resolve customer billing queries and account discrepancies professionally
• Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, and management dashboards
• Support audits, CA coordination, and internal financial checks
• Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance discipline
• Skills & Competencies Strong accounting fundamentals and process orientation
• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting systems
• High attention to detail with zero-error mindset
• Strong follow-up skills and professional customer communication
• Ethical working style and ownership-driven attitude
