• Responsibilities:Prepare chai, coffee as per café standard
• Make fast food items like Maggi, Poha, Momos, Bread Butter, Bun Maska, pizza, burger,sandwich
• Maintain taste consistency and proper portion size
• Handle gas, induction, utensils safely
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in kitchen area
• Store raw materials properly and reduce wastage
• Follow owner/manager instructions strictly
• Skills Required:Basic tea & fast food making knowledge
• Willingness to learn recipes and follow SOP
• Speed, cleanliness & discipline
• Ability to work under rush hours
• Working Hours:Shift-based (Morning / Evening / Full Day)

2. Counter Boy / CashierJob Title: Counter Executive / Cashier

Experience: Fresher or experienced

• Responsibilities:Take customer orders politely
• Billing and cash handling (UPI, cash, QR)
• Serve tea & food items properly
• Keep counter area clean
• Handle customer queries and complaints calmly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff
• Skills Required:Basic maths & billing sense
• Good communication (Hindi, local language)
• Honest, punctual & presentable
• Smartphone handling (QR payments)

3. Helper / Cleaning StaffJob Title: Helper / Utility Staff

Experience: Not required

• Responsibilities:Cleaning utensils, glasses, cups
• Keep shop, floor & dustbin clean
• Help kitchen staff during rush hours
• Arrange raw material & packing items
• Maintain overall hygiene
• Skills Required:Hardworking & active
• Clean habits
• Teamwork attitude

4. Supervisor / Store In-Charge (Optional – for bigger setup)Job Title: Café Supervisor / Store Manager

Experience: 2+ years in food business preferred

• Responsibilities:Manage daily café operations
• Staff attendance & discipline
• Raw material stock management
• Sales reporting (daily cups & items sold)
• Ensure quality, hygiene & customer satisfaction
• Handle supplier & owner coordination
