Key Responsibilities:

• Visit every property in the assigned ward.
• Capture front-side photos of each property.
• Collect property owner’s details (Name, Mobile Number).
• Upload all data and photos in the company’s application.
• Assign proper identity to properties (Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Café, Hospital, Hostel, etc.).
• Conduct a full survey of the assigned area and ensure no property is missed.
• A bike is compulsory for field visits (Company provides fuel allowance – 1 litre per 40 km).

Eligibility:

• Must have a bike and valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile applications.
• Responsible, punctual, and field-ready.
