Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom or online training on computer fundamentals and software applicationsTeach topics such as MS Office, operating systems, internet usage, email, and basic troubleshootingDevelop lesson plans, training modules, and learning materialsConduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercisesAssess learners through tests, assignments, and practical evaluationsProvide individual support to learners as neededMaintain training records, attendance, and progress reportsStay updated with current computer technologies and toolsEnsure proper use and maintenance of computer lab equipmentFollow organizational training standards and policiesRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldProven experience as a computer trainer
