1.      Carry Out Warranty resolution activities on day-to-day basis.

2.      Spares order booking & despatch coordination

3.      Handling of insurance cases & closure

4.      Attending site visit with ASC’s/Dealer persons/BO/ZO to resolve & satisfy the customer.

5.      Site support for Solar pumping systems to ASC/Dealers network.

6.      Repairing activity for call back Solar Controllers, Pumps, Motors and Other Electrical parts

7.      Reducing number of complaints & warranty claims.

8. Development of ASC (Authorized Service Centres)
