*Position Overview:*

Vacancies are available for the ABA to CBA position. This role is based on a work-from-home model, with both part-time and full-time options. Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference, however freshers meeting the eligibility criteria may also apply.

*Eligibility Criteria:*

Age: 20 years and above

Education: Graduation (mandatory)

*Skills Required:*

Sales and communication skills

Team handling and leadership ability

Client relationship and persuasion skills

Basic understanding of business development

Ability to work with targets and performance metrics

*Selection Process:*

*Interview Round –* Candidates must successfully clear the interview.

*Training Program –*

 Selected candidates will undergo a structured training program.

*Documentation Process* –

 Completion of the required documentation formalities.

IRDAI Examination – Candidates must qualify the examination conducted by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

*Practical Training & Assignments:*

During the practical training phase, candidates will be required to:

Work on business assignments through their natural market.

Complete recruitment assignments.

Performance-based payouts will be provided according to company norms.

*Career Progression:*

Based on performance and completion of assignments, candidates may be promoted to the Leader role.

*Leader Role Responsibilities:*

Recruitment of new team members

Development and training of the team

Monitoring and supporting team business growth

Assisting downlines in achieving higher role promotions

Supporting and closing client calls when required
