Position: Collection Field Executive (Field Role)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle EMI collection from financed customers in assigned areas
• Visit customers in the field for payment follow-ups and resolution
• Manage delinquent accounts and reduce overdue cases
• Maintain daily collection reports and update recovery status
• Build professional relationships with customers to ensure timely repayment
• Coordinate with branch team for case tracking and closure

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only experienced candidates in collection field should apply
• Minimum 1 year experience in loan/finance collections
• Preference will be given to candidates from Three-Wheeler / Auto Finance Collection Industry
• Must be comfortable with field visits and target-based work
• Local area knowledge of Sitapur / Lakhimpur required
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong recovery and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle overdue and sensitive cases
• Basic understanding of NBFC / vehicle finance collection process
• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented
