Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing all HR-related activities within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR role acts as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.

A-Responsibilities;-

1- Identify hiring needs and coordinate with department heads.

2- Prepare and post job advertisements.

3- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select candidates.

4- Manage on boarding and orientation of new employees.

5-Maintain healthy relationships between employees and management.

6-Promote a positive and professional work culture.

B-Compensation & Benefits

C-HR Policies & Compliance

1-Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
