 Eligibility: -

 

       Employees who are currently working as Branch Manager/ AMIC in the grade of Asst Manager II and above with a Minimum of 4 years of experience in the above Grades.

       The candidate Should possess good communication skills in the local language. Proficiency in Computer, excel and Liaison skills required.

       PSC should be 50% and above

       There should not be any Major disciplinary issues

       Indebtedness should be less than 70%

 

Job Description:

 

       Overall Portfolio growth of the Gold Loan Business against the set Targets every month.

       Collection of Interest from the customers by coordinating with the team at ground level.

       Follow-up on Non-Performing Assets in the Cluster and Closing the Accounts in the Specified timeline.

       Ensuring the Growth of Gold Weight Under Management every quarter.

       Ensuring the Growth of the Customer base who are active throughout the cluster.

       New Customer Acquisition on a daily basis by a rigorous follow-up with the team.
