1.   Resolution of  Gold / Account Audit irregularities.
2.  Ensure redressal of Customer queries and complaints within timelines
3.  Ensure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from  legal teams in ZO/HO
4.  Timely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow-up for approval to hand over the gold to police
5.  Timely attending the Court hearings by liaising with advocates
6.  To ensure all the Branches comply with EOD daily, 'Charge taking and handover' during transfer /resignation/leave and CBS Loan Cancellation approval.
