What We’re Looking For:

• Immediate Joining Preferred!
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales team handling.
• Must have managed a team of 8-10 members in previous roles.
• 4-5 years of core field sales experience (Not backend or showroom-based roles).
• Should belong to the same area (within a 50 km radius) of the job location.
• Strong in objection handling, target achievement, and ready for market visits (20 days per month).
• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• Must own a personal vehicle and smart Android phone.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 10 Sales Executives to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
• Conduct regular reviews, set objectives, and track team activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
• Travel extensively (20 days per month) for client engagement.
• Oversee annual business planning and ensure team development.
