Job Description:

• Main Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on computers, laptops, servers, and other devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components (e.g., processors, RAM, hard drives, graphics cards).
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty hardware.
• Perform hardware upgrades and replacements.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
• Ensure proper functioning of peripheral devices like printers, scanners, and keyboards.
• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain hardware inventory and documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT staff for complex troubleshooting.
• Adhere to security protocols while performing installations and repairs.
• Required Skills:
