Sales & Service Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Service Coordinator to support our business operations. The role involves preparing quotations, maintaining strong customer relationships, following up on purchase orders and payments, handling email communication, and coordinating with service engineers for smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational ability, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations as per client requirements.
• Build and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Manage professional email correspondence.
• Coordinate with service engineers for timely service delivery.
• Maintain records and support overall sales & service activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferred in Commerce/Engineering/Business Administration).
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service will be an advantage.
