Senior Executive Finance Accounts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other accounting software to handle day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records using Zoho Books.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment of bills.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and expense records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) and internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.
• Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accountant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and compliance regulations.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
