Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in GST filings, TDS calculations/deductions, and overall statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP system.
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) and ensure timely filing.
• Handle TDS workings, deductions, deposits, and quarterly returns (24Q/26Q).
• Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and maintain records of invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with all taxation rules and financial regulations.
• Prepare MIS reports as required by management.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting with strong knowledge of GST & TDS.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Good understanding of statutory compliances and financial processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
