About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boiler Operator to operate and maintain high-pressure and low-pressure boilers in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in boiler operations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of steam generation systems in an industrial setting.

• Valid Boiler Attendant Certificate (1st Class or 2nd Class) as per Indian Boiler Regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Operate and monitor high-pressure and low-pressure boilers as per standard operating procedures.

·       Monitor and regulate boiler performance through gauges, meters, and PLC/computer-controlled systems.

·       Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment.

·       Maintain accurate logbooks for temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and other key parameters.

·       Perform water treatment operations and regularly test boiler water for chemical balance.

·       Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.

·       Report equipment malfunctions, leaks, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

·       Participate in boiler startup and shutdown procedures, especially during maintenance schedules.

·       Follow all guidelines for fuel storage, handling, usage, and emergency response protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Boiler Attendant Certificate (1st Class or 2nd Class) as per Indian Boiler Regulations.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in operating industrial boilers.
• Familiarity with PLC-based systems and boiler automation is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety, health standards, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, equipment drawings, and standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards plant safety and efficiency.
