Job Title: Process Coordinator (Entry Level)

Department: Operations / Process Excellence

Reports To: Operations Manager / Process Manager



Position Summary

The Entry-Level Process Coordinator supports the execution, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the organization. This role is well-suited for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on exposure to operations, process management, and business improvement initiatives. The incumbent works under close guidance from senior team members to ensure processes are followed consistently and improved over time.



Key Responsibilities

Process Support & Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational processes in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and work instructions.
  • Collect, organize, and validate basic process data for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Identify routine process issues and escalate observations to appropriate stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Participate in process reviews and improvement initiatives under supervision.
  • Assist with data collection, basic analysis, and documentation of improvement actions.
  • Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new or updated processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate with internal teams to support process execution and clarify standard operating requirements.
  • Share process updates, documentation, and instructions with stakeholders as directed.

Compliance & Quality Support

  • Assist in monitoring adherence to documented procedures and quality standards.
  • Support internal audits and reviews by organizing documentation and process evidence.

Training & Administrative Support

  • Help coordinate training sessions and onboarding activities related to process updates.
  • Respond to routine process-related questions and escalate complex issues when necessary.



Required Qualifications

  • 12th or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or relevant internship/entry-level experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations support, process coordination, or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of business or operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.
  • Strong willingness to learn process improvement concepts and tools.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, academic, or project-based experience related to operations, process improvement, or quality.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with basic process mapping or documentation tools.
