Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s financial accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining strong internal controls. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and intercompany transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor and implement effective accounting systems and internal controls.
• Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and decision-making insights.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of all accounting data and ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind-AS).

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA (Inter) preferred.

Experience: Minimum

5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP or similar accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
