Assistant Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install water softeners and sand filters at client sites, including pipe fitting, electrical connections, and system calibration.
• Perform routine servicing, such as resin regeneration, salt refilling, backwashing, filter media cleaning/replacement, and leak repairs.
• Conduct troubleshooting for issues like pressure drops, hardness levels, or blockages; test water quality and adjust systems accordingly.
• Manage AMC schedules: monitor daily operations, log service records, and report to supervisors for preventive maintenance.

• Educate clients on usage, maintenance tips, and benefits; handle complaints professionally during visits.
