Job Description
Bhagwat Associates is looking for a confident and customer-friendly Service Advisor for our dealership in Solapur.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle problems
- Suggest required service and maintenance
- Help increase workshop billing through proper service guidance
- Prepare job cards with cost and delivery time
- Coordinate with technicians for smooth work
- Give regular updates to customers
- Manage service appointments properly
- Handle billing, records, and daily reports
- Support basic office work like data entry when needed
- Requirements:1–2 years experience in customer service / sales
- Good communication in Marathi & Hindi
- Confident and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing)
- Responsible and hardworking
