Back Office Executive

Administrative Support

• Manage daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness and order.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Office Management

• Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
• Support HR activities like attendance tracking, leave records, and onboarding.
• Handle logistics, travel bookings, and event arrangements.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.

Finance & Compliance Support

• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, petty cash management, and reimbursements.

Ensure all documents comply with organizational policies and procedures.
