Job Description

Job Summary:

Bhagwat Associates is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle service and sales calls for our dealership in Solapur. This role focuses on outbound customer communication, with some inbound calls, aimed at delivering an excellent customer experience. In addition to call handling, the CRE will support other related tasks as needed, contributing to smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication:
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage customers for service reminders, sales follow-ups, and relationship-building.
  • Address incoming inquiries with clear, helpful information on services, products, and offers.
  • Communicate effectively to build rapport, explain service benefits, and encourage timely customer engagement.
  • Service Scheduling & Appointment Management:
  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments, accommodating their preferences and dealership availability.
  • Confirm appointment details and provide clear instructions for smooth customer experiences.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build positive customer relationships by understanding their needs, handling concerns, and offering practical solutions.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure a satisfactory outcome and gather customer feedback for quality improvement.
  • Sales Support:
  • Handle inquiries from potential buyers, highlight product features, and promote dealership offers.
  • Inform customers about financing options, referring them to the sales team as needed.
  • Administrative & Related Support:
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, manage appointment schedules, and use basic Excel for tracking daily activities.
  • Support other administrative tasks or customer-related duties as requested by management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing or call center role
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in Marathi & Hindi with strong persuasive abilities.
  • Customer-Centric: Friendly, empathetic, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with basic Microsoft Office and willing to learn other dealership software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to take on additional related tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Motivation: Self-driven and comfortable with an outbound call focus, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
