Dispatch Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Planning: Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prepare goods for dispatch according to schedules.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange transport vehicles, liaise with carriers, and manage relationships with transport vendors.
• Documentation & Compliance: Generate accurate tax invoices, E-way bills, packing lists, and consignment notes.
• Tracking and Monitoring: Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, providing updates to customers or sales teams.
• Inventory & Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies in inventory, damages, or delivery delays promptly.
