Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruiting, training, and developing staff

2.Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions, or redundancy packages with staff and representatives

3.Issuing appointment letters and other employment-related certificates

4.Induction and joining formalities

5.Approving job descriptions and advertisements

6.Looking after the health, safety, and welfare of all employees

7.Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time

8.Monitoring staff performance, appraisal, and attendance

9.Maintaining employees’ personal data

10.Implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies, and procedures

11.Conducting exit interviews

12.Handling grievances

13.Reporting and conducting meetings

14.Advising line managers and employees on employment law and internal policies
