Job Description
Existing Customers - Maintain good relationships with existing customers by regular visits.
New Customers - Based on quarterly allocation (products / unit / region), look for new customers & leads as decided by management.
Sales Quotations - Generation, checking and sending sales quotations to customers.
Negotiation - Be able to negotiate with customers on deposit, prices, delivery, payment terms and contractual length.
Customer Delivery Orders - If you receive customer delivery orders, these should be updated in the intranet and shared with logistics / operations team
Overdue Payment - Work closely with recovery executive where payments are held up and ensure receipt of payments.
Sales Strategy - Provide inputs to sale strategies and growth.
New Products - During visits to customers, identify new products.
