Job Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Accountant to independently lead our finance department. This role demands expertise in managing all financial operations efficiently for our growing e-commerce enabler, e-commerce compliance and eCommerce AMC firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Conduct internal audits, ensure GST compliance, and handle tax filings for multi-state operations.
• Manage banking operations, cash flow, payments to vendors/clients.
• Lead the finance team, prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports for leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GST, Companies Act) and implement efficient financial processes.
• Independently handle month-end/year-end closings, payroll, and statutory audits.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Final Drop Outs or equivalent; 5+ years in accounting/finance.
• Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), GST, auditing, and banking regulations.
• Proven ability to manage finance departments independently in multi-state setups.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
